#greektrashupdate #masonicterrorism #deepstateterrorism #policeterrorism #socialconstructionism #closedfeedbackloops #illicitsurveillance The filthy Greek state and its masonic handlers continue harassing me in the same usual ways. To ensure that my life is closely controlled and monitored, in line with the contract they have been fulfilling over the past 15 years, as well as that any intellectual output is stolen as produced, but also that all aspects of my professional and personal life are closely watched as the deep state crooked agents vie for redistributing wealth among them (including tangible property and collectables), they perform VARIATIONS OF CLOSED FEEDBACK LOOPS as eloquently described in my book TARGETING CULTURE. Here's a repetition for the sake of continued exposure of the Greek state criminals’ tactics: 1. The deep state criminals, i.e. masonic trash in silver cars, spread sycophantic information, ideally of interest to the police, for example drugs (which is an utterly uninteresting topic for me, but, you see, there is a constrained set of types that these criminals draw on for ensuring you are monitored) 2. They flesh out the feedback loop by translating their lies into a legitimate excuse for gang-stalking. I was followed at the toilets at McDonald’s today and then by a police car at the bus station, and finally by 2 young punks in a silver car, i.e. seamless surveillance across touchpoints in urban space (see how the city is semiotized in my book TARGETING CULTURE). 3. Of course, since they have nothing concrete, and it’s all thin-air stage-setting, they perform what is actually planned, that is, psychological harassment through stalking at a distance. 4. They even employ their criminals clientele, e.g. kiosk owners and female trash in random places as you move in urban space, to utter the usual elliptical sentences. Again, all has been lucidly described in my book TARGETING CULTURE, including the performance of linguistic terrorism via elliptical sentences, how the secret police INSEMINATES STIMULI, AND THEN, AS A SELF-FULFILLING PROPHECY, SEEKS TO REIFY PHANTASMS, I.E. TURN THE NARRATIVE INTO REALITY (exactly as Foucault described in THE ORDER OF THINGS) 5. TO REPEAT, THE MODUS OPERANDI OF THE DEEP STATE SECRET POLICE CRIMINALS IS THIS: THEY INSEMINATE STIMULI THROUGH ELLIPTICAL SENTENCES (e.g. ‘did you find’, ‘you will take’, etc.) UTTERED BY RANDOM PERPS IN PUBLIC SPACE AND OTHER MULTIMODAL STIMULI (e.g. sound of sniffing by random callers and in urban space) IN ORDER TO INFUSE INTO THE TARGETED SUBJECT THE FEAR OF GUILT. THE SAME STIMULI ARE REPEATED OVER AND OVER, AIMING AT SENSITIZING THE SUBJECT (typical anchors in neurolinguistic programming) AND ENFORCING A DYSTOPIAN CONTROL SYSTEM WHICH IS PURELY PSYCHOLOGICAL HARASSMENT. NO CHARGES, NO PROSECUTION, NOTHING. THIS IS EXACTLY HOW MASONIC SCUM OPERATE. 6. THE REIFICATION OF THE NARRATIVE IS OCCASIONALLY COUPLED WITH MORE EXTREME SOCIAL CONSTRUCTIONIST TACTICS: They enter your property while away and they drug your foods, most likely with substances which may provide reasonable ground in your next blood or urine tests. They also use individuals such as relatives (mother, uncle) to offer you food which is tampered. 7. You are very, very long PAST YOUR DEATH SENTENCE DEEP STATE TRASH. #agenda21terrorism #masonicterrorism #masonictrash #microsociology #discourseanalysis #religioussickfucks TARGETING CULTURE: MAKING THE INVISIBLE VISIBLE Download the full ebook version now @ drive.google.com/file/d/11mDnEgz90Dl34PmSBOpfKYdDyQ44MfMb/view?fbclid=IwAR3iRgfT-RR8s2swNleTFVyK7_rndY6lHzIUU_qfexpXGHR3MIyVkQXRM7s Buy the print version @ Amazon www.amazon.com/dp/1076321836?ref_=pe_3052080_397514860

Well, how about Habeas Corpus? According to the European Court of Human Rights, which has the power to apply the Convention, and against whose decisions no appeal is possible, 5 years in prison awaiting a first public hearing is acceptable. The Court ruled that preventive "detention ... is intended to facilitate the preliminary investigation", and rejected the application of an Italian (who happened to be a Law professor!) who had been accused (quite wrongly as it turned out) of being one of the "brains behind the Red Brigades" and found himself waiting in prison for 4 years and 11 months with no public hearing. He asked if up to 5 years was a "reasonable" time in the meaning of article 6 of the convention. And the Court told him that it was. To. The Ruler of United Arab Emirates THROUGH EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS Subject : Demand for the amount of UAD38200/-only are owed to me since 2008, my translation charges rendered from 3/1/2007 to18/12/2007, for Public Prosecution of Sharjah, Ministry of Justice, UAE, I would like to draw your kind attention that I worked with the Public Prosecution of Sharjah, Ministry of Justice, UAE, as a multi- language translator from 3/1/2007 to 18/12/2007. The Public Prosecution of Sharjah employed me and was supposed to arrange work visa for me, but PPS could not arrange work visa during one year, therefore I was forced to leave UAE unwillingly, avoiding illegal stay in the state, Keeping in mind that I had to pay UAD200/- only against each day as penalty, if I stayed without ligal work visa. After I sent my work details along with necessary documents to the Public Prosecution of Sharjah, as well as to the Ministry of Justice, Abu Dhabi for making payment. The papers were sent by FaDex special courier in October,2009, and received by an employee in the Ministry of Justice, Abu Dhabi and the same documents were sent to Sharjah Publi Prosecution. I repeatedly requested the Public Prosecution of Sharjah to make the payment, but no response was given from any side. I have been requesting for making payment since 2008 I visited UAE in September 2017 and negotiated the issue with Attorney General of Public Prosecution of Sharjah Anwar Ameen Al-Harmoodi as well as with Majid- Attas concerned officer in Ministry of Justice Abu Dhabi / Dubai. I resubmitted the documents in ministry of justice, Dubai. Majid told that he will take necessary action to make the payment. Afterward I contacted them on line and sent emails in this regard but they did not make payment so far. Now the wages owed to me became a legal matter, they may be held liable for the costs related the wages I am owed. They may also be required to pay a penalty in the form of additional funds and legal interest as required. It is my legal right to claim my wages. I was forced to visit Dubai to claim my dues which over burdened me. I am a retired person and have no source of income. I am also a patient of cardiac artery dieses and suffering from many dieses. I urgently need money for my medical treatment. In light of above mentioned detail, I humbly request Minister of Justice to pay my wages earliest possible. Hope His Honour will take necessary action for making payment earliest possible. Thanks Yours Faithfully DR.MOHAMMAD LAEEQUE NADVI nadvilaeeque@gmail.com

so they're saying the foundation and bedrock of the law is not what we go by, but the written law we apply on top that is "voted" on...then from there we asses the individual vs. the state and basically rule in favor of the state every time, whether its the state itself or the supposed "common good". The net effect of this is the obliteration of participation; in short, slavery.

Garland's anecdote about finding the transitional quasi-jurisdictional issue with the ERISA statute is great! If Merrick Garland doesn't deserve to be confirmed to the Court, no one alive deserves to be confirmed.

I am "white caucasian" and as far as i can say sound minded enough to follow the argument of the speakers on the forum to come to a very simple conclusion: The constitution of the United States of America grants equal rights to all its citizens which leads to provisions like the one that is debated here. The asians are not the problem, as the blacks are not. I do not want to go to lengths about antisemitism, as we all know that the jewish part of academia plays a very central role in the american educational system and in science in general and this is not just because the jewish heritage makes people in and out of itself more capable to be admitted at a university... We all also know that the educational system cannot fix things that are going wrong in society but there is a responsibility that has to be carried by the educational system that guarantees a setting for education that is not clouded by particular interests, especially in state universities. All those white speakers in the forum are not honest and i say this as a white person.

Very touchy topic on admissions to law schools based on race, etc. This video was well worth spending 90 minutes to watch it.they covered many relative topics surrounding racial segregation and admission into universities or lack of admission based on race and color or ethnicity...great video and very informative..thank you :-)
